Cincinnati Music Theatre
wishes to recognize and congratulate the following past and present members on their achievements.
Alice has been crowned Miss Ohio 2016 and will be competing in the 2017 Miss America Pageant! Alice performed in CMT’s production of Gypsy(2009) and played Gracie Shinn in The Music Man(2010). She will be attending Chapman University majoring in Political Science. She has also created http://www.beautyunedited.com to combat the media definition of beauty and promote a healthy self image among women.
Richard performed in CMT’s “Oliver” (1979) and “Music Man” (1980), and is currently the music director of Cirque Du Soleil’s “KA” at the MGM grand in Las Vegas. In addition to conducting numerous national tours, he is an accomplished musician and composer who has recently co-created “Bandstand: A Musical”. Richard is a strong supporter of theater in Cincinnati, and we are especially thankful for his support of our production of “Peter Pan” (2014).
Maggie, who performed in CMT’s “A Chorus Line” (2013), has been named as the Theater Director for the Carnegie’s Otto M. Budig Theatre in Covington, Ky. Maggie has a diverse Theater background as an actor, director, choreographer and educator. In addition to CMT, she has performed at Covedale Center for The Performing Arts.
After performing in CMT’s “Chicago”(2005), Jeff went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance from Point Park University. He has used his talent for dance and theater to perform professionally in stage productions throughout the country. Originally from Cincinnati, he now resides in New York City and is currently in the 1st National tour of “Kinky Boots”.
Luka Ashley Carter
Jeff, who played L.A. in “Gypsy” (2009) while a sophomore at Anderson High School, has just completed a tour with “Book of Mormon” and is now touring nationally in Disney’s “Newsies”.
Lauren Sprague Linger
Lauren an experienced actor, dancer and singer is currently touring nationally in the production of “Cinderella” as part of the ensemble and understudy for the Fairy Godmother. This is her third national tour, she is a graduate of CCM and was in CMT’s productions of “42nd Street”(2005) and “Chess: the musical” (2006).
Andrew has participated in various Stage Management and Lighting roles for eight CMT shows from “Chicago” (2005) to “Titanic”(2012). Andrew has professionally stage managed for productions including “Priscilla Queen of the Desert” (Italian Premiere) and “Ghost the Musical” (1st National Tour). Andrew is currently assistant stage manager for the “Million Dollar Quartet” Tour.
